2. General Refund Policy
2.1 No Refund for Completed Services
Once a service has been delivered in full (e.g., website, strategy report, consultancy), it is non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital and customized services, we cannot offer refunds once work has commenced or been completed.
2.2 Partial Refund (If Applicable)
In some cases where partial work has been delivered and the service is canceled for valid reasons, a partial refund may be granted at our sole discretion. This will depend on the scope of work completed vs. remaining.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Service-Based Projects
If you cancel a service within 24 hours of placing the order and before work begins, you are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made after 24 hours may incur deductions based on the work already completed.
3.2 Subscription Plans
You can cancel a subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Once the next cycle has started, no refund will be issued for that period.
4. Digital Products
All purchases of digital products (e.g., templates, eBooks, licenses) are non-refundable due to their instant and irreversible nature.
Please ensure you read all product descriptions and requirements before making a purchase.
5. Refund Process

- Contact details
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
Once we receive your request, we will:
- Acknowledge your request within 48 hours
- Evaluate it as per this policy
- If approved, process the refund within 7-10 business days
6. Refund Exceptions
We reserve the right not to issue a refund if:
- The service was already delivered in full
- The reason is based on personal preference or change of mind
- The client has violated our Terms of Service
- Delay was caused due to lack of cooperation or response from your end
7. Mode of Refund
Refunds, when applicable, will be made through the original method of payment (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, PayPal). We do not process cash or cheque refunds.
